Windmill has changed alot in the last six months and all the old staff and the previous partner Bill has been kicked out so it has returned to be the great fun place it used to be.I am a regular there and have seen the changes with my own eyes.So well done Windmill keep up the good work.

Happy hour is cheap, 45bt for a draft till 10pm, better than playing connect 4 at a beer bar paying more for beer. i go to windmill quite a lot and have seen the scams first hand, constantly harass you for drinks, if you seem drunk the hostess girls will get themselves a drink and put it on your tab even tho u said no or bring a drink over (a splash of cola) and smile, if you look annoyed she will say its free, if you smile it will go on your bill.

girls continually asking to be bought lady drinks, the ugly monster that I got lumbered with just wouldn't take no for an answer, every minute she asked, yep one drink in there and being asked 100 times for lady drinks was enough for me.

I agree its a fun place but be aware in this gogo bar. There are more reports about bill padding and incorrect change (pay with 1000 at your peril) than at any other gogo bar in Pattaya. The owner claims to be on hand to sort out problems but when approached he just ignores you.
